PKR Win Terms and Conditions – Your Complete Guide to Playing Fair

By accessing pkrwin.im, creating an account or placing any bet or wager on the PKR Win platform, you enter into a binding agreement with PKR Win and confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any way.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services available through PKR Win, including but not limited to cricket betting, football betting, online casino games, Ludo games, fishing games and the VIP Club loyalty programme. Additional product-specific rules may apply and will be displayed at the relevant section of the platform.

These terms are written in plain English and designed to be understood by Pakistani players without legal expertise. If any clause is unclear, please contact our support team before proceeding. Ignorance of these terms is not a valid reason to dispute a decision made by PKR Win in accordance with them.

To register and use PKR Win, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR Win operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and any funds held will be returned minus any winnings generated while underage.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or family member of a PKR Win employee or contractor.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion order with PKR Win.

PKR Win reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. Accepted identity documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Each individual may hold only one PKR Win account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same name, same device, same IP address or same payment method – is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your PKR Win account. This means:

• Choosing a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (SMS-based) when prompted.
• Never sharing your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Contacting PKR Win support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

PKR Win will never ask you for your password via email, SMS or any other channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

PKR Win supports the following payment methods in Pakistani Rupees: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions on PKR Win are processed in PKR.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at PKR Win is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfers. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified identity. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment method registered to the same verified CNIC holder. PKR Win reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

Processing Times: Mobile wallet withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 3 to 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers typically complete within 10 to 30 minutes. Visa/Mastercard reversals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Fees: PKR Win charges zero platform fees on all deposits and withdrawals. Any charges visible on your bank or wallet statement are levied by your payment provider and are not related to PKR Win.

PKR Win offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and the five-tier VIP Club loyalty programme. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device and IP address.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated, standard wagering requirements apply.
• PKR Win's monthly VIP cashback carries zero wagering requirements and is credited as immediately withdrawable PKR, as specifically stated in the VIP Club terms.
• Bonuses that are offered with a time limit will expire at the stated time if wagering requirements are not met. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account without notice.

Tiers are assessed monthly and your tier status may change based on your wagering total in any given calendar month. A one-month grace period applies before downgrading from Gold tier and above. Royal Elite tier is by invitation only at PKR Win's sole discretion.

All bets and game rounds placed on PKR Win are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products:

• Bets are only accepted when sufficient funds are available in your PKR Win wallet. Bets placed with insufficient funds will not be processed.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a specific cash-out feature allows it.
• In the event of a technical error, network interruption or any system malfunction during a game round or bet, PKR Win reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player.
• PKR Win publishes odds and game rules in good faith. Manifest errors in odds or game configurations – for example an obviously incorrect price published due to a data feed error – will result in the affected bet being voided. PKR Win is not liable to pay out on bets based on manifestly erroneous odds.
• Live in-play betting odds are provided on a best-efforts basis during live events. PKR Win cannot guarantee the accuracy of in-play data at all times and reserves the right to suspend or void markets where data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant product section of the PKR Win platform.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. The return-to-player percentages for each game are published in the game information panel.

PKR Win is committed to providing a fair, honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban:

PKR Win takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. When it stops being enjoyable and starts causing financial or personal harm, it has become a problem that needs to be addressed.

PKR Win provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your PKR Win account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to limits take 24 hours to activate.

PKR Win provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain a reliable, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free of errors, delays or interruptions. In particular:

• PKR Win is not liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the platform under any circumstances.
• PKR Win's total liability to any player for any event is limited to the amount of that player's account balance at the time of the event.

Nothing in these terms limits PKR Win's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter for which liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

PKR Win may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on file and display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments that do not materially affect player rights may take effect without prior notice. The updated terms will always be accessible on this page with the date of the most recent revision shown clearly at the top.
